31 pieces of unsolicited advice on my 31st birthday:
Get ad-blockers on all your browsers. Never see an ad again on your personal devices.
For most people, renting where you live is better than buying.
Pay to join mastermind groups to surround yourself with great people.
Know yourself. Then shape your environment and habits accordingly.
Get News Feed Eradicator browser extension to turn off your social media newsfeed.
Limitations exist only in your mind.
The world as a whole is getting wealthier, safer, and better in every way as time goes on.
As often as possible do something really physically hard.
Not everything you buy has to be used or kept until it breaks or wears out.
Be patient. With yourself and others.
Be generous. Do nice things for people and give generously.
Receive generosity. Let people do nice things for you.

Change your mind often.
Most growth is a result of discomfort and facing a fear.
In decision-making, if something isn’t a hell yes then it’s a no.
‘Never quit’ is bad advice. Quit things when they aren’t working. Even big things.
Become a one-person business.
Exercise daily.
Twitter is one of the best sources of new ideas on the planet.
A good life comes down to good days. Fill your days with things you enjoy doing.
Journal.
Recognize that you are always changing. Things you liked in the past, you may not anymore. Things you hated in the past, you may love now.
Find heroes. Study their podcasts, videos, blogs, tweets, and interviews.
Travel to Nepal. Stay as long as possible.
Travel light.
Do interesting things.
Pursue virtue.
Focus your efforts.
Master your mind.
Advice is useless. Even this.
